I would rather go to lunch with Bill and Melinda Gates. I have questions about how they relate to each other as a couple, since their whole life seems to revolve around giving money away. I'd like to know how they met, if she had money when they met, who made the first move, what they do for entertainment, etc.

P.S. I think they should pay for my lunch.

$4.57 million? I think that would buy lunch.....and breakfast and dinner! I know that Bill and Warren are friends. I wonder if they go out to eat together, who picks up the tab.
