 I have not seen any wild parrots or parakeets.

I saw parrots outdoors in Florida, but I would not call them feral! I believe parrots need tropical air so that would limit their area to the southern states

When I think about the lessons I've learned from my mother they all boil down to the same concept: creating safety and respect out of nothing.
