Sauna?

Have you ever used a sauna? Do you have one (or access to one)? Do you like them? Dislike them? Do they serve a purpose for you? How long do you sit in there? Do you feel good/better after a session in a sauna?

I tried to sauna when I was a teenager and my experience lasted approx 5 minutes before I left the room because I couldn't catch my breath. I"ve had no interest to feel as though I'm baking in an oven since that day.

Yes , haven't been to one recently, but always found it relaxing. Short sessions of fifteen minutes with a five minute break ,I found best.

Used a sauna some years ago,about 15 minutes and then jump into a freezing creek at the back of the sauna,,in the Springbrook Hinterland..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<.. Select a Chalet
