Yes they are clean as long as you clean it after each meal, if you cannot find water use a dog, they are just as effective.

There is absolutely link no denying that it takes a bit of getting used to. The integration of wearing a watch to one's over all proprioception link is specific enough that to wear a watch significantly lighter link or heavier than the one you're accustomed to wearing can just by itself feel odd for at least the first few hours.
