By chance we were facing the booth of AHCI which was also exhibiting for the first time. I remember at that time George Daniels was still exhibiting. I was shocked to see what these crazy geniuses did with watches. They opened my mind. But at the same time link they would come to see what I was doing with traditional movements. To design a mechanical watch with modern style was not in their DNA. And this is why some years link after I link made an amazing partnership with Svend Andersen.
