One of the students mentions this was not normal behaviour for this teacher.  The way the teacher was wielding the scissors around her students was unacceptable.   I agree with the decision to place the teacher on leave.

It appears to me that this is possibly a mental health issue or even a reaction to a drug. Something is not 'normal'.      :(

I thought it may be a reaction to a prescribed drug too, possibly something for depression.
