    Who here is a yogi?

    I want to try Yoga do you have yoga beginner videos online that you can suggest to me. My thoracic spine is curved to the right that's why I want to try some yoga exercises. Thanks!

    I suggest that rather than taking a risk of asking a medical question online, then watching a you tube video, it would be wiser to consult with a medical professional.

    I go to a yoga class twice a week and I'm going to ad on a water yoga class too. My Dr. told me for 4 years that if I took yoga, it would lower my blood sugar.
