I wish I were able to attend Julie but unfortunately, it isn't possible right now. I hope that everything goes really well for you. You must be so excited for the date to arrive.   :))

I'm going to try to be there! My cousin may be back in Austin by then, and my son/daughter-in-law are in Killeen, so I could see family, too.

After eating at Le Restaurant twice now once for lunch once for dinner I can tell you that Chef Gauthier link is a genius. For 30 years Gauthier was culinary director of Le Chat Botté at link the Beau-Rivage where he held a Michelin star. At F.P. Journe his dinner tasting menu a bit more substantial than the "Elégante" menu we picked the "Souverain" and in hindsight the "Astronomic" would have link been too much food was extraordinary.
