Cool Bees! I'm more concerned and interested in the honey they make. :)

Inside the case beats the Zenith El Primero 400 Automatic. While I typically prefer closed casebacks, Zenith is where I tend to make an link exception, only here, the movement is obscured by a printed illustration of a Lupin link character. It's a neat addition, though I do find printing on sapphire casebacks to be a bit link distracting given the see-through nature of them.

The SPB link range slots in under the SLA range in the Seiko hierarchy and the lower price along with the technical specifications certainly reflects that. The SPB207 goes for 1350 whereas the SLA047 sits at 3200. This model is also born from the same 1968 6159 diver but whereas the SLA047 seeks to accurately capture the spirit of the original right down to link case dimensions the link SPB207 is intentionally designed with modern sizing preferences in mind.
