I would have liked for Elvis Presley to have played the part of John Norman Howard instead of Kris Kristofferson in the movie A Star Is Born (1976 version).
Barbra Streisand wanted Elvis to star in the movie along side her, but Elvis' manager, Colonel Tom Parker, had too many stipulations in place/he was being unrealistic and greedy so Elvis lost the role.
A Star Is Born will be released in October 2018 starring Lady Gaga and Bradly Cooper.

The first example I found link was sold to Tiffany & Co. in New York in 1940. It has a gold case and its applied Breguet numerals make it my link favorite of the bunch. It sold at Christie's in 2011 for CHF 507,000; even back then the catalog mentions that only seven examples of these complicated Calatravas had link been discovered. It just shows how our knowledge of vintage watches, even the most well-researched of brands, continues to evolve. Movement 860,230; case 295,441.

This creamy tweed link suit look is my own little personal link ode to the insane genius of Gucci's former Creative Director Alessandro Michele. The look was pulled from Michele's last runway show for the brand. Titled Twinsburg the collection consisted of 2 x 68 looks worn by 68 link sets of twins. Even without knowing that Michele was to step down from his seven-year tenure the show left a resounding impact.
