I will not jump down from a good height like I used to when I was younger for fear of hurting my back or breaking a bone.

You're kidding, right? Anyway, it sort of reminds me of a story. Baseball legend Yogi Berra had attended a Mets game when they clinched a championship. I would like to run....anywhere....just down the street for a couple of blocks. However, there is something in my knees that says no, no, no! Too stiff and immoveable. They just don't want to move that quickly. haha
