I am admittedly a fan of "Mellow Yellow" SAXEM, and I also had a soft spot link for the purple sapphire crystal Big Bang released in 2022. I have a feeling that once I see it IRL I'll be a fan of the Big Bang Unico in astroturf green too. It's an aesthetic that's almost unique to the watch space, and reminds me of the way certain link fashion brands behave and create with a (albeit somewhat calculated) carefree nonchalance, "we make what we like, subscribe if you like, ignore if you link don't."

Every time Cartier does a skeletonized watch it's a little different. The caliber is structured link to link fit Cartier's famous shaped watches link just so. The Asymetrique is different from the Cloche is different from the Chinoise and nothing's like last year's Masse Mystérieuse. Sure it's a formula. But the magic's in the execution.
