I don't drink coffee at night.
Logically thinking, if I drink a caffeinated coffee before bedtime, I will more than likely have a hard time falling asleep. If I have a cup of decaffeinated coffee before climbing into bed, I doubt it will affect me. If it's a really cold winter night then drinking anything warm before bed (as long as it's low in caffeine or decaffeinated) would help me sleep because I would climb into bed feeling all warm and fuzzy.
