Next, they may begin killing off the people with the lowest scores.   This is freakishly weird and so scary.

Sweet geeze.... I can only wonder what my score would have been 25, 30 years ago. And is the recipient of low scores have opportunity  to raise the total? From the country that encouraged the death of non male, disfigured, or below average children by insisting on one child only families. They only want perfect babies for their perfect world. But hey, wasn’t Ted Bundy a straught A student?
