Does he mean SSI receivers will be getting more money? I don’t think so. I’ll stay where I am and forget the 4 cent raise....

This begins in February, so it may take a pay period to see the difference. A retired teacher I know had $150 less taxes in her February retirement check. That is $1800 for a year, and she is very happy. I don't know if my retirement checks will change much; to begin with, they're not substantial.
