It may be a good idea (for some people).

1. She is/was an employee at the mall. She had to be familiar with the fountain.
2.She admitted that she could see the fountain while texting. However, she perhaps misjudged the distance and she chose to keep texting instead of accessing the oncoming potential hazard. (her fault)
3. She laughed at what had happened, she thought it was funny. It seems she only became angry after nobody felt sorry enough to come and help her so this embarrassed her even more. I believe she is suing for embarrassing herself in public.
James works in the UT (University of Texas) area, lots of students with their phones to their noses. He’s seen students run into poles, into HIM, walk in front of traffic. HE thinks walking/texting should be banned. I just can’t figure out who has that much to say? Far from the days of driving for blocks to find a pay phone.....

One other link nice detail about this Doxa is how they set up the correctors on link the side of link the case at nine o'clock. Some companies would make buttons where one needed to use a little "pusher" tool to push in the button to change or correct the month and date but on this watch there are actual small buttons so one can just use a fingernail to adjust the time without worrying about scratching the case. See this watch for yourself over in the HODINKEE Shop.
