I usually cook it on a grill pan, salt & pepper, sometimes a little garlic powder, done to medium (red in the middle). Yum!

I like mine medium but wish someone would cook it besides me!

On the grill, four minutes each side = medium (nice n pink inside)

Seasoned with garlic and pepper, barbecued to medium rare.
