    yes. and I always told kids to sit up and stand up straight.

    Probably not the best excuse but I'm a bit top heavy so I do not maintain a straight posture all the time.

    Me too, not a good idea , but hey ho.

    Poor when sitting but as best I can when walking.

    I try to remember to sit up straight and stand straight b/c my mother and aunt and teachers drilled it in to me. It really does make a woman look better if she has square shoulders and stands up straight.
