Definitely the death penalty. 

Death penalty! He regrets not having killed more, lamented did he didn't get to the Brooklyn Bridge and wants an ISIS flag in his hospital room.

He is a coward . Arm yourself people. There are probably more attacks to come by these muslim extremists.

My thoughts, hmmm. I want him dead of course but the death must be awful. He’s glad he did it! Wants the Isis flag for his room! His attitude needs to be adjusted. Turn him into a regretful and sincere bibble thumper and THEN kill him with stones from the friends and family of those he killed....

I would have him eat ham and pork chops  and lots of seafood with the shells on! He could wash it down with some lovely alcohol! Everyday forever! And have him eating that posted to all his friends until (the end)
