If you were stuck somewhere on a remote island or state and could only eat one food, for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I would prefer seafood too, but I would a selection of lobster, clams, mussels, oysters, crab, shrimp and squid. :))

I'd be happy with lake trout, rainbow trout, whitefish and salmon. From your list, I've only eaten shrimp which I like and lobster which I find tasteless (except for the garlic butter on it). :)

    Tasteless I tell you.....tasteless! That's okay though....soooo expensive! :)

The question relates to one food. I guess if you stuffed all of the seafood into a sheep, you could get away with it. Sea Haggis!

Are you talking to me or Ducky? (@Ducky or @CB is a good way to start. :)) I picked one food as my answer. Shame on you Duckster for not limiting your answer to only one type of fish because now the Clonge police are after you. LOL

@ Ducky, I agree with you! LOL
@ Clonge, Roy may keep the Haggy for himself but I'll have a nibble now and then. :)

If I was talking to you CB, I would have addressed the answer to Countrytrumpkin@whitehouse.gov. That said, I WAS talking to you CB. LOL!

Quinoa. Of course, it doesn't have every nutrient, but it is possibly the most complete food there is. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/11-proven-benefits-of-quinoa#section7

    It's the Chinese influence, right?

(I like quenoa)  potatoes. If they are grown in the correct kind of soil, they plus milk provide every vitamin and mineral needed to substain life. I fudged on the milk. There is a lot one can do with a potato, oh, and you have to eat the skin as well....

Oh, gosh. I delete his photos as soon as I run across one. You've made it difficult, I had to see these through. dump trump

One food?  I don't think 1 food can keep you alive very long   So I will pick beef steak and let my bones wonder about scurvy my teeth will not be happy about no calcium! I do not think a person can live long without a variety of  food!

Southeast Asian cuisine. Small pieces of meat and fish, strong on crispy healthy veggies and a good amount of tongue and tummy warming curries and spices! Sweet, sour, salty and tangy - YUMMMM
