I missed an appointment with my shrink. Just absolutely forgot. And they wouldn't let me rescedule. I tried and tried and ended up dropping her as I couldn't get in regardless of medical need. Guess I showed her!

I honestly cannot remember, ever in my entire life, missing an appointment of any kind. Every appointment is immediately written down. No one calls me to remind me, even if it was booked weeks ahead. They just know that I'll show up.         :)

It would have to be a really good reason for ME to miss an appointment, I treat it the same way I do about being late, I hate being late for anything and if I have an appointment to keep I will keep it.
