Tomatoes and anything else you have already in the fridge. Bell pepper, onion, parsley, carrots, beets, etc. If you like it raw, throw it in. Into a blender that is. Blend and chop til you're happy. Taste as you go but note, the flavors have to " meld " in the refrigerator. Eat well chilled with a crust of bread.....
