I tried it. I like it. I buy it off and on. i'm always trying new things that might taste good and be healthy.

Yes, I've been off of dairy for a few years and I alternate between almond milk and rice milk which I find a little milder than almond. You might also like soy milk or coconut milk. Go ahead clu....be adventurous!       :)

Good to know how it may affect thyroid hormones. I've had Hypothyroidism since a young child.

It looks like it would be good ice cold. Not going to try it mind you, I'll stick to 2 percent milk......
