Which kind of home remedies can help to control cholesterol?

Please suggest, I want to know the name of the things which can help me to control my high cholesterol.

More fruit; less dairy; more vegetables; less red meat; more (daily) exercise. Try this faithfully for 3 months and watch your cholesterol drop down to normal. Your health care professional will be shocked! (Mine was.)
