Fried, boiled, planked, steamed, baked? Don't get me wrong, I still won't eat it in any fashion......

Had a great fish supper on Friday night, Icelandic white fish coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried the traditional Scottish way, with chips, CB likes to add plenty malt vinegar, I don't, just salt for me, I love fish cooked any way, I also like sushi.
