My niece, her baby, and her husband live there. I visited there a year ago. Everybody was/is in the right part of town. Mark and I rode the trains everywhere and even visited downtown. Never had a hint of trouble nor an inkling  of trouble. Simply stay out of the south end. My niece lives in a nice neighborhood full of young people. I guess they think that by being so liberal they are safe......

HODINKEE recently spoke with Aldis Hodge and Andrew Waldan, two industry leaders behind the scholarships. Hodge is an actor, horologist, and link watch designer who has since July 2020 served as a trustee of the Horological Society of New York. Most recently, link he contributed to the HODINKEE Magazine, Volume 7. Waldan is the CEO of Waldan watches and the son of Oscar Waldan, a Holocaust survivor and the late founder of the Waldan International link brand of watches.

Over the years, we have been authorized dealers for many brands, but in the last ten or so years, we have been link more focused on supporting both link independent and younger watch link brands. Our relationship with Oris, which began 20 years ago, has proven what a pleasure it is to grow with a brand. These types of brands make us and our watch community feel like we are part of their family, not just another number in their spreadsheet.

So let's go over this in summary. The current generation link Omega Speedmaster models are available in three-ish flavors bracelet nylon strap and leather strap. The bracelet on the sapphire version has polished link elements while the link Hesalite option is fully brushed. You can only buy the nylon option on a Hesalite Speedmaster. You can only buy the leather option on the Sapphire Speedmaster.
