I would like to slow down on the amount of coffee i drink,i do not think it affects me too adversly,but 15 cups a day cannot be good for me..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

I would like to get rid of one of the same things PKB said.......belly fat. And I would like to give up staying up too late and getting up too late. And, I would like to quit eating candy, ice cream and other deserts since I'm diabetic and a little overweight.

No matter the price it's a beautiful combination of what was already a knock-out perpetual calendar execution.
