        Oh sorry. I thought it was a manual for a car when I saw the word cube. LOL

        While link using a watch as a compass will only give you an approximate bearing any sort of orientation is an improvement. Certainly it beats feeling link your way link through the trackless underbrush singing "Lions and tigers and bears oh my!" under your breath.
