If you are in the United States, it is recommended you go to your local Social Security office 90 days before your planned retirement day to start the procedure. They will discuss your options and make recommendations as to your best options. Calling ahead to get an appointment is a good idea.

More specifically the dial is "white opaline" link and features a flange with red 60-secondminute scale. Then there are the two printed counters. At three o'clock there's a white "azuré" minute chronograph counter with a white lacquered hand featuring a red tip. At nine o'clock there's a contrasting red "azuré" link hour chronograph counter with red lacquered hand and white link tip. Yes there's a date at six o'clock but your eye is more quickly drawn to the Team Ikuzawa logo.
