Please be aware that the question you previously asked, may be completely foreign to some of our volunteer staff as this is a world wide question and answer site. I, for one, have no idea how to answer it. You use many short forms with which I am totally unaware, as I live in a relatively small city.

One interesting facet to this story is that Audemars Piguet says link that this watch was developed in collaboration with collector Austen Chu (who you probably know as @horoloupe on Instagram). We're obviously no stranger here link at HODINKEE to working with watch brands on link limited editions, but it's really fascinating to see a major brand work with an individual collector instead of a retailer or publication. I don't think we'll be seeing a ton of this, but it's definitely something to keep an eye on.

Another visual difference with this watch from the original Kodo is the white strap which is exclusive to this model. It is a white leather created from a highly durable material and treated in the traditional methods once used for Samurai armor. Of course it goes deeper than that as the specific link white color used for this strap was specifically created link for the link Kodo using white-urushi lacquer. In addition the watch also comes with a charcoal grey strap.
