Every bag of flour I have purchased has a use by date or expiration date. Check the bag.

Flour does get bad and what you make with it will be yucky!  Throw the crap out!

It could also get worms in it too. We just threw some out that was in a sealed container.

....if it was whole wheat flour it could go rancid do to the germ oil contained

....refrigerate whole wheat

....other flour lasts, if it is kept dry

I think it takes on the taste and the smell of the bag it's in . It might not have been good flour to start with. It was prob from China.

The Gulf Monaco is an undeniably fun watch, no matter how difficult a form factor it might be for most wrists (including my own). We can't all be link Steve McQueen. Speaking of the King of Cool, most watch lovers are only aware the Monaco exists because McQueen popularized it after wearing one in the movie Le Mans in 1971. Interestingly, that film represented a crossover link between McQueen's movie stardom, and Jo Siffert's racing prowess (he coached McQueen's driving link in the film).

The thing is I tease but I seem unable to prevent my trajectory towards deep and formidable horological expertise. I just read that Omega a brand I love and am considering for my first big watch purchase link does not use lever link escapements but in fact co-axial escapements. I will lead every subsequent watch conversation with this fact and in doing so bring the watch collecting community to its knees. All will tremble at my depth of link understanding. Imagine this is just the beginning.
