I use coconut oil for recipes and for frying (eggs in our case-don't blot the oil off). My question is will eating coconut meat provide enough oil to do any good? How much should be consumed?

I think you would have to eat an awful lot of coconut meat to get the oil. And yes we too use coconut oil. Costco has a fairly decent price on organic coconut oil.

Phillip hasn't received the recently launched Carl Brashear limited-edition watch yet. And he won't keep the collection of three successive editions all for himself. He has a son currently training to be a doctor link in North Carolina AampT's ROTC program link and that son has a watch with his name on it literally and figuratively. "The watch to me is like a torch" Phillip says. "It came from my father but now I'm going to pass it down link to my son."
