The kid was bloody hungry, I blame the parents, he probably got the gun from them too.
Doesn't happen like that in the UK, they are always armed with knives, comes in handy for cutting up the nuggets too.

i read the down low on McNuggets and trust me, you really don’t want to order them.  I’m a wuss, I’d handed over the nuggets, especially considering the facts on them, never touch one and wish the assailant every eating every yucky one……

It's with the most recent Snoopy edition that Mr. Forster hedged a link bit. Fence-sitting when it comes to the 2020 Omega Silver Snoopy undercuts his entire argument link if you ask me.
