File > Page Setup > Paper Size: Manage Custom Sizes ...

Select + button and name it what you want to appear under future Paper Size menu.

    Configure size information.

On Page Setup > Paper Size: Choose your 4.5x7 name from above.

File > Print. Change Layout selector to Paper Handling, then select scale to fit paper size.

Now change Destination Paper Size: to your 4.5x7 name from above.

    Print.

    I know, amazing too!

And look I know link I work for link a company with a sizable e-commerce presence and a particularly awesome e-commerce platform and I promise you nobody made me say that but what I'm about to say runs a bit counter to the whole idea of online shopping. Apologies to the HODINKEE link Shop in advance. If there's a watch you've been pining over one you've spent hours combing through articles about watching video reviews and obsessively scrolling forum posts on this is for you.
