Well, it would be great if every human was wanted. Then we'd pay more attention and take care of the one's here rather than ignoring them so we could focus on the new arrivals.  Millions of babies and kids die all over the world from starvation. I say hand out some birth control pills around the world and start feeding the starving.

It's an insane amount of money but less insane than what anyone link else is asking which makes it a bargain by comparison for what is still an incredible watch.
