I am pretty much the same as you JH,i have put some pretty rubbish stuff in my gut and come out okay,,except in South America i had some sweets that left me galloping for the dunny for a good 48 hours..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

Stay away from that ice cream!!!

Anything with gluten (grains) and all dairy products.

Milk,cheese & cream.Can't handle spicy food anymore.Dam shame too.Love pepperoni pizza.

anything that is rich or fatty or greasy........like biscuits and gravy, or very greasy bacon, or anything too thickly breaded and deep fried.

The summer before I entered high school link was a bittersweet time for me because when it was over, my brother and the Lancelot Street Boys would all be off, away to college. I tried to enjoy link the fun link while it lasted.

Well it's really bright! What would you call this color It's almost neutral link in its brightness.I wouldn't normally be drawn to it. It's got a lot of lime and yellow-lime. I'm not usually a fluorescent color kind link of guy but I loved the link idea that you could put a really well-rendered kiwi on the face and no numbers.
