    Describe the policies and procedures of your setting regarding promoting positive behaviour.

     If the setting is in school the above has great examples like promoting sharing or other positive behaviours with a reward system say like gold stars on a poster ... the golden rule is always a winner "treat others as you would be treated" is a good promotion !

    Schools have monthly award assemblies to acknowledge academic excellence and outstanding citizenship in the classroom. Certificates are presented.


    Some workplaces post a photo of "Employee of the Month", give a plaque, parking spot, or cash bonus.


    A standard needs to be set for minimum performance expectations. Exceeding them can bring recognition, promotion, wage increase, tenure, etc.


    Using the 7 pillars is a good foundation for anyone. I can't remember all of them, but most schools encourage them. Ask.
