    How do you keep all your medications straight?

    Mine are consistent with what is taken when on different shelves. David takes pills at two different times thus I have them divided by an imaginary line. The pills he takes two a day for are in two different bottles…….

          Easy. I don't take any! If I take an extra vitamin or supplement here and there, it won't kill me.   :)

            Not really. Had I listened to my health care professional over the years, I would currently be on 8 (permanent) medications, including pain killers and sleeping pills. I always try every other option FIRST which is a much harder and slower method than a prescription. If they don't work, then a pill. So far, so good. (If I drop one day, we'll never know why! haha)
