You should call customer service to have it unlocked.

The game is a ways out from its release with an expected October 7 2021 launch which is a lifetime away in 2020 years. But come October don't expect to turn on your console fire up the controller and just link see the watch. This is a video game after all you've gotta work link for your rewards. It's only after completing the link game's first mission that you the player are awarded this watch which will then be on-wrist for the duration of the game.
