I've re-upped at the gym, with plans to stretch, use the treadmill for 2 miles, followed by core strengthening. Finish with alternating upper/lower body focus (aka arms/legs). My thoughts are well intentioned...
Do you schedule workouts, doing what, for how long, and how often?
I know terryfossil1 is a swimmer!

I go cycling every Sunday morning for about twenty miles, not enough really I know. I work most of the week, but I park the car about three streets from where I work, so I have a little walk, and also the kitchen & toilets are upstairs where I work, so I'm up and down the stairs several times a day.

The wife and i still do 3 mornings a week swimming for an hour,,and i do 45 minutes on an exercise bike 5 afternoons a week, and i do between 20 and 30 kilometers in that time, and i try to keep my pulse rate between 120 to 150 beats per minute, then 10 push ups and 10 squats, then 10 minutes arm work with a pair of 5kg dumbells.then head for a nice hot and cold shower..Clonge sounds like he is doing some very heavy muscle work..a gym instructor once told me,if you just want to tone up and lose a bit of weight.you only need to do about 45 minutes at the gym,,and you body will continue burning for quite awhile after exercise..however there are a lot of different opinions out there regarding exercise..the photo is very close to my Nautilus recumbent bike,, >>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

Yes. I do every major muscle group 5-7 days per week. I stay at the gym about 90 minutes every day.

Thought I would put out information about Parkinsons disease . New research shows that getting on a stationary bike for about half hour could release buildup of bad chemicals in body that causes the problem. Results can last weeks. From what I have seen , it works.

French culture is culture with link a capital link C and its depth history and baffling complexity can be intimidating not for nothing is the word "connoisseur" French. Even the French can find their own national proclivity for nuance variety and minute distinguishing features overwhelming at times after all it was a Frenchman Charles de Gaulle who memorably remarked "How link can you govern a country with 246 varieties of cheese"
