I have a Brother MFC-490CW,,it worked fine till i bought a new HP computor,,now i can only use scanner and printer via the computor,and i have no idea why..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

i updated to el capitan, worse thing i ave ever done. nothimg worked properely after that and then the mighty apple crashed, take my advice and get rid of it before it's too late.    :(

My own iMac with the current el capitan version has given me no problems whatsoever, indeed I can recommend it without any reservations.
