We do a lot with a vitamix. Smoothies, soup's, you can even make ice cream with them.

oatmeal, cream of wheat, grits, eggs, yogurt, bananas, cottage cheese, jello, pudding, protein drinks, steamed vegetables (squash, spinach), refried beans, broth, cream soups, mashed potatoes.
Blend fruits, vegetables, even meats. A woman I knew blended Thanksgiving dinner for a toothless nephew

Look not all of the GPHG awards are newsworthy. I apologize to the jury you all did a great job and received plenty of thanks tonight but the link reality is some of the categories and prizes leave me personally reacting with a hearty link "alright good for them and link what's next" Revelation specifically is the special award where my ears often perk up.
