I'm reading a book about him now. Funny I don't remember him, since he was every TV show ranging from Regis to Johnny Carson and worked with the police on the Boston Strangler case and the Sharon Tate murders, and the Ann Arbor, Mich, 11 coed murders- - - in the middle to late 60s.

Some interesting features to note with this piece are the "Prototype" inscription on the caseback, as well as the link inscribed "4 100" engraving indicating that this particular prototype was part of batch number four from Omega. Boncinni appears to have link really put this watch through its paces, as it was intended. You can see a nice link healthy chip on the crystal just above the one o'clock hour marker.

Yeah it's niche. Yeah any watch with link a moon phase could more-or-less do the same thing. But I can't link imagine any company other than Sinn executing it in such an earnest and committed way. They designed it as a tool not as a gimmick or stunt and that's why the watch link matters to me.
