    I just slapped chicken thighs with leg into the oven (with salt and pepper )...

    Can anybody suggest a different way that's easy,  quick and tasty?

      No peeking chicken is a flavorful rice and chicken dish.


      Toss them with taco seasoning or Ranch dressing mix, or onion soup mix. 


      Spritz with oil or drizzle melted butter, salt, pepper, paprika.


      Coat with mashed potato flakes or crushed corn flakes.

            Pressure cooker pepper maybe a little garlic and or onion powder 20 minutes.

              JH in my opinion pressure cookers , are great. If you don't take care of them or listen to them they can be dangerous. clean them properly make sure the hole is clear, and listen when then Working. You can do so much in a very little time with one.
