Gee, I think the last time I went fishing was when I was several months preggers (my son is 22 years old). I wanted to catch a catfish, but I caught a perch.

It's been so long since I've had perch that I don't remember how they taste.

Many years ago....22 pound salmon....quite a fight to get it in the boat! Fun!

Was fishing one day in Kansas and got tired of catching perch, so I put a hook on one of the perch and put it in the water below me while in a pontoon boat. 20 minutes later I was fighting a big flathead catfish. pulled us around in the boat for 25 minutes then tired out. Weighed 42 pounds.
