Pick and Pack is a popular service offered by many Fulfillment Centers. It is a process by which the individual components of an order are gathered from master cartons (Picked) and then placed into a box or envelope addressed to a specific recipient (Packed).

Hes clearly proud of it. A little extra snooping reveals that he had this same watch link on during Paris Fashion Week at the end of June which is presumably near the link time that link he picked it up as it doesn't appear on his wrist publicly anywhere else before then.
