Perhaps I have misunderstood the question. You asked if anyone has broken the law intentionally. This sounds to me that you are asking if someone has broken the law to do it just for the h*** of it.

Digger, I personally do not have an issue with any curse words used on akaQA, especially the D and H words, In fact, the F and S words remain part of my every day vocabulary, Since I have become a moderator, I am trying my best to follow the akaQA rules whether I agree with them or not.
