Shut things down before bedtime....into pyjamas, computer off, one low light, watch mindless tv, get into bed, count breaths starting at 100 and going backwards. Never make it to 90. (I have, on the other hand, struggled with insomnia at various times....not fun!)

The case link has been remade in a very slightly more modern size, up two millimeters to 39mm from the original 37. But link for all the interesting features of the dial, link the movement is what will really catch enthusiasts' attention.

But that's essentially the story here it's the same Black Bay Chrono link but now they are making link a blue version. The coloring looks to be medium-dark with a sunray finish silver subdials and a link couple of small red accents. On whole it's a great if predictable look for the BB Chrono and I really like the inclusion of the tapered five-link with T-Fit to round out the steelblue look.
