Consistently under 120/80 even though I was told I needed to be on BP medication. I said no, I'll fix it with a daily walk and a few dietary changes. She said that wouldn't work. That was three years ago and she has nothing to say now. (She and I often disagree....she loves prescriptions.)

Right now it's 108/66.  Last night, when a really bad dream woke me and my heart was beating fast, it was 129/57, and got down to 92/51 after I calmed down.
