      Beethovens Ninth Symphony was premiered on 7 May 1824 in the Theater am Kartnertor in Vienna.

        Its' a reference to my previous Question "Be the first to crack this....". Coded, it is the answer you have given above:
        57=May 7. 18 24= the year, and the question mark asking for a specific digit, which in this case is the 9, refers to the ninth symphony.
